This collar has a 1″ wide strap hand-dyed black and padded to a little over 1.25″ with neon yellow Italian leather. It is sewn with contrasting purple thread and has silver tone hardware including a heel-bar (belt style) buckle and leather keepter. Holes are every 3/4″ from 13″ to 15.25″ .
