This Christmas-y collar has a 1″ wide strap padded to a little over 1.25″ with bright red leather. The strap is hand dyed green and festively decorated with gold and red crystals (aurum, light siam, and siam). Padding makes it fit as if holes were at 11.25 – 14.5″
