This collar is 1.5″ wide tapered to 3/4″ at the buckle, and is lightly tooled to outline the butterflies and dots and then dyed in a batik-style pattern (no paint) on the natural leather color which will darken somewhat over time. Holes are from 11.5 – 14.5″
